Online Coaching – from £80/month
Train from wherever you are with a fully personalised plan, check-ins, and ongoing support via the PT Hub app. Great if you're self-motivated or short on time.

I'm a qualified Personal Trainer (Level 3 Personal Training Diploma) with over 20 years’ experience as a chef—so as you might expect, I’ve got a real passion for food, and for movement that feels good.
Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into exercise after a break, or simply want to feel better in your body, I’m here to support you. No pressure, no judgement—just honest, down-to-earth guidance.
